After a long day covering more than 40 km by bike, the pair stayed at the Amazaki Tea House and shared their experience of its Hinoki cypress finishes, traditional-style bath, and calm setting, an ideal place for cyclists to rest and recover. The house sat vacant for years before our team restored it, and seeing it welcome travelers this way reflects exactly what Hinoki Stays is about: turning Japan's akiya into spaces people genuinely love to stay in.
