What does property management in Japan include?

A lot. Our management service covers utility registrations, tax liaison, bill payments, key coordination, mail handling, and regular reporting — everything needed to keep your property running smoothly.

Do you manage Airbnb or short-term rental properties?

How often is the property inspected?

Regularly. Inspection frequency depends on the add-on plan you select. We offer monthly, quarterly, and as-needed options, with a full written report provided after each visit.

Can I hire only specific management services?

Absolutely. The Essential package can be split — sign-on setup and ongoing monthly services are sold separately, so you only pay for what you actually need.
